The International Boreal Forest Research Association (IBFRA, https://ibfra.org/about-boreal-forests/) has just published a report written by an international panel of experts in boreal forest management. This report entitled ‘Sustainable boreal forest management – challenges and opportunities for climate change mitigation’ emphasizes the role of sustainable management in mitigating the consequences of climate change in boreal forests of 6 countries.
